Amrapali Group develops help desk system to settle buyer queries for each project

The real estate industry is periodically facing major drawbacks in terms of investments and demand thus property onlookers are losing faith and moving on to other financial instruments like fixed deposits, equity and mutual funds.

To cater the needs of numerous clients, Amrapali Group has established official help lines numbers for the projects like Leisure Valley, Leisure Park, Golf Homes, Kingswood, Verona Heights, Dream Valley 1/2, Silicon City, Crystal Homes, Princely Estate, Sapphire, Zodiac and Eden Park, so that anyone can contact the company to avail information regarding their flat or apartment's development. These help line numbers along with name of concerned person and their respective email Ids are published on social networking sites to create facilitation and transparency.

"Amrapali is doing frequent meeting with their buyers and trying hard to fix up their problems/complaints/issues on the spot. Our top management taking initiatives and listening the flat owners patiently and try to resolve their issues."

The help-desk process was an initiation of Deepak Kapoor, Vice-President of CREDAI, UP West who advised all the struggling land developers, to set-up their own help desk to resolve the property buyers’ issues expeditiously. Nevertheless, Amrapali Developers, being such a renowned name, for its speedy transitions of projects and proficiency in providing quality, executed the suggestion in no time to ensure its effective and efficient implementation.

For Anil Sharma, Chief Managing Director of Amrapali Group, delivering homes at earliest is priority of highest order and he also commits to deliver all projects by 2017 which were launched originally in 2014 to avoid further delay. Sharma also supports VP, CREDAI opinion for taking buyers into confidence when the delay became inevitable following the stay on construction by the court in most of Greater Noida West as buyers would have been more understanding and cooperative then. While this time the possession has been delayed which has created a sense of uncertainty among buyers affecting their overall sentiments and the realty sector.

This is very big lie if he is going to deliver in 2017 the projects started in 2014 then what happened to the projects which launched in 2009 and 2010. They are still completed up to 30-40%. Amrapali is the most worst in the real state market..I am the victim of Amrapali booked my flat in 2010 in Dream Valley.
