The power cut was followed by local fault confirms Amrapali Zodiac team

The power cut faced by residents of Amrapali Zodiac in Sector 120, Noida was caused by local fault and not due to any pending payments claims Amrapali Developers pertaining to more than seven hour outage in the area. Approximately 1500 squatters of the apartments have faced huge problems on Wednesday as electricity current was disconnected since 2pm from the main power house and were running on generators’ backup, leading to baseless rumors of non-payment of department dues on account of the company to UPPCL.

As the matter of fact, the officials informed about a dissonant wiring beforehand and confirmed about its fix work, accordingly, the builders affirmed, "As communicated by the Amrapali team, a 33kV cable connecting Zodiac to the transformer is burnt. Though the power department is working on it, there is a possibility of the entire Zodiac being run on diesel generators tonight. Thus to avoid frequent disconnection, all are requested to run bare minimum appliances tonight. "

The Union Budget 2016 was presented in parliament with lots of hopes and improvements’ scope in rural areas along with affordable housing schemes. The Finance Minister has taken the right steps to boost housing sector and ensure that ‘Housing for All by 2022’ becomes reality.”
