Amrapali Group’s precast factory is Asia’s largest and modern precast unit located at Kasna Greater Noida (U.P). A 35 member international delegation from a total of 20 countries visited Asia’s largest precast plant to get an overall view of its structure and how it is being functional.
The Production capacity of this unit is 75 Lacs sq. ft. per annum. This factory unit consists of two Batching plant fully computerized having a capacity of 90m3 per hr. This also consists of 14 hollow core beds of 150m long and 61 numbers of casting tables of size 12.0m * 9.0m.
The Amrapali team headed by chairman & Managing Director, Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma, Executive Director Mr. Shivpriya and Director-Technical Mr. Nishant Mukul and senior officials of Amrapali Precast Factory at Kasana, Greater Noida demonstrated the equipments for manufacturing different types of precast to visiting delegates. In addition to Amrapali Precast factory products, other products such as hollow-core floors, beams and slabs were also shown. It was shared with the delegates that company presence has played a big role in defining feasibility, quality and ease of installation of hollow-core floors and slabs.
Addressing media, CMD Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma said, “One of the biggest advantage of using precast technology is that it is environmental friendly. Precast concrete buildings can be designed safely and economically with a variety of plans and with considerable variation in treatment of the elevations to height up to 40 floors and more. Precast concrete offers considerable scope for improving structural efficiency. Thereby decreasing the construction cost. The CEO of Elematic company said this Precast is having a rich history approx. of 60 years old. It is 100% resistant of any type of weathering action”.
The visit initiated by welcoming the delegation, followed by a presentation of the company’s goals, strategies and plans for the future, the importance of precast in economical and urban development construction in general. Inside the factory, the mechanism of production in the factory was explained in detail. Later on concrete lab and steel workshop were visited.
Delegates from Germany, Europe, Dubai, Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Norway, Finland and Zimbabwe appreciated the precast technology work.
At the end of the visit, the delegation appreciated the use of the latest technologies in production and construction. Amrapali management expressed thanks to the delegation for their visit to the company's Precast Unit.

I have been looking and researching about this tech and after reading some article and wiki found this tech very efficient and resistant. Looking forward to it.
